Who Runs This Site
DeskTeam360 runs this site, and Jeremy Kenerson, DeskTeam360's Founder and CEO, is the expert behind it. DeskTeam360 sells web development and other production work to agencies on a flat monthly rate, so it has a stake in this topic. The site says so up front.

Why is Florida in the name?
Florida is in the name so agencies in Florida can find the state numbers fast when they search or ask an AI chat. The site is for agencies anywhere. The US numbers sit right next to the Florida ones on every cost table.
Where do the numbers on this site come from?
Every number comes from a government source or from DeskTeam360's own published pages. Each page lists its sources and the date they were checked.
This site isn't connected to the State of Florida or any other government agency.
